Here you can find any information about your vacation in the Hotel Alpenrose in Vent.



Arrival:
The rooms are available from 15.00 hours and are reserved for you until 21.00 hours. If you should arrive later, we ask you to call us prior to your arrival.

Departure:
We request our quests to vacate the rooms by 10.30 hours.

Advance-payments:
After your written reservation and 1 month before your arrival we ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount of your invoice to our bank account indicated below.

Payment possibilities:
You can settle the final invoice of your stay in cash on your day of departure at the latest..

Cancellation conditions:
For the cancellation of your vacation, delayed journey or early departure the regulations of the Austrian Hotel rules are regarded as agreed on by customers.

Up to 3 months before your arrival, a cancellation is free.
3 months until 1 month before your arrival: 40% cancellation costs
1 month until 1 week before your arrival: 70% cancellation costs
Cancellation during the last week before your arrival: 90% cancellation costs.


Dogs are welcome and are charged € 8.- per day (without food).
Out of consideration for other guests you are not allowed to take dogs to the dining rooms.

Reduction for overnight stay with breakfast: minus € 6.- off the price for half board.
